Questions shop owners ask

What's the difference between the kiosk and the Windows PC?

The kiosk is dedicated self-service hardware you own, installed next to your printer. The Windows option runs the same Snaprint software on the PC already at your counter, with your existing printer.

Do I pay anything to register?

No. Registering only creates your account. Kiosk prices are on the ownership page, and the team confirms any setup fee with you before install.

How do I set up Snaprint on my Windows PC?

We call you with the download. When Snaprint opens on your PC, choose Log in and use the phone number and password you registered with. Your shop is created and the PC is paired in one step.
